This piece is all about letting go, it is a reminder to accept the things you cannot change. We live in such a competitive world, and sometimes it is our very own communities that we reside in that can tear us apart – rather than build us up. With anxiety, depression and other challenges on the rise, it is vital more than ever that we continue to raise awareness as well as compassion towards mental health.

It is natural for us to have the desire to win, to succeed and to excel, but sometimes we get so focused on winning, that we end up losing. The hope is that this piece would be a reminder that there is something that is bigger than all of us. It is a reminder to pause, be mindful and sit in others shoes.

The universe is speaking to all of us, we just have to listen… and once we do that, we can begin to learn and make connections.
